Total Dance/Dancical Productions, Inc. is an Atlanta-based cultural institution that uses the powerful tool of performing arts to develop and create unity in the minds, bodies, and spirits of students and audiences. Understanding dance and the arts as fundamental components of society, Total Dance/Dancical Productions makes art available to any and everyone through dance classes and workshops for all levels; performances by their youth, teen, and adult dance companies; and by sharing founder Terrie Ajile Axam’s signature Mojah technique – a contemporary form that fuses Horton, Dunham, and traditional West African Dance movements. Total Dance values artists as the keepers of our culture and engages the arts as a forum for communication to celebrate the heritage and culture of African-Americans.
