Freddie Pearson will offer CHAIR MASSAGE: Targeting the Muscles of the Back, Head, Neck and Shoulders with a fusion of massage, tui na, accupressure, shao-lin stick form, reiki qi-therapy to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Aisha Domingue will be offering 20 minute reiki healing chair treatments. Reiki can provide stress and pain relief as well as enhance the impact of any other healing modality. It is a non-invasive and gentle treatment. She will also offer with the option of an additional reiki healing attunement, which balance chakras and clears away blockages to increase the effects of Reiki treatment.

Sara Roer will offer Thai Bodywork/Nuad Borarn, an ancient form of bodywork rooted in Thai medicinal practices. It combines body postures descended from Ayurvedic yoga with acupressure and gentle, passive stretching (though sessions can range in intensity). It can aid greatly in increasing flexibility, joint range of motion, circulation and overall, integrated health. It is intricate work that can be very in-depth and unfold in your body over time. Usually Thai is done on a thick floor mat with the receiver in loose, easily moveable clothing (like pajamas or full-coverage workout clothes).

Kendra J. Ross offers From the Inside Out:
“We begin this workshop by strengthening that from which everything comes, our core. Using a series of Pilates based exercises, breathe and total body motion we will work to build body practices that help us keep “it” all together. After working on the Inner body, we move to self and partner healing of the outer edges of our bodies, our feet and hands. Using samples of Kreations with Love body butters, we will give some love to those distal appendages that do our work.”
